Getting to Yes!

We’ve all been there. We have a new process, procedure or software program that will finally fix a problem our organization has suffered with for a long time. When we present it to the process owner, another department, or management their answer is NO, we can’t change because…..!  As frustrating as this can be, there is a way to get them to say YES. The first step in “Getting to YES” is figuring out what business necessity both the current process and your new proposal are trying to achieve and how they conflict with each other.

This hands-on, interactive presentation will teach you the steps in determining what the business necessity is. How the current process and the new proposal are in direct conflict. And finally, how resolving this conflict will start the process of “Getting to Yes” with the current process owner, department and/or management

Who should attend?

  • Project teams working to get “Buy In” from process owners
  • Creative people looking for ways to get their ideas implemented
  • Managers bringing change to their organizations
